The Jr. Harlequins will be competing for the RCSL U20 title, so if you are between 18 and 20 please don’t hesitate to come forward. Also if you are not eligible but you know players in 18-20 age range, please spread the invitation.Training will start as soon as we will be able to step outside and start running.
The Jr. Harlequins will be competing for the RCSL U20 title, check the RCSL web site for more details (http://www.rcsl.ca/leagues/newsletter.cfm?leagueID=6354&clientID=2580&page=25290). As for the schedule posted in the RCSL web site, we will be playing May 17th vs the Jr. Caribous and June 15th vs Niagara. Caribous and Harlequins are in talk for a second game between them.If we win against these teams we will play vs the Atlantic Champion and eventually vs the western champions. This is the official schedule, but besides the RCSL competition, I am working to organize a few more games, tournaments and possibly a tour to the ECN (East Coast Nationals), given that guys are interested to commit to this project. This is a new start for the Jr. Harlequins program, we want to put together a competitive side so that we can achieve better results than the last few years. There is talent in this town, but we need your commitment and I am not only talking about showing up the game day, but also to go to practice and train together.
