The Irish are pleased to announce Mark Patterson as the Senior Vice President of Development. Mark will be focusing his attention on developing rugby fundamentals with the Juniors (men and women's), as well as any new inexperienced Irish members.

Mark has a long history in Junior development and has his RFU Level 3 coaching qualification from the UK. He is also a seasoned veteran playing on many successful sides around the globe.
