JUNIOR GIRLS
Our Junior Girls program includes U16 and U18 teams competing in the Eastern Ontario league. This program provides a challenging, supportive, and competitive environment where athletes refine their skills, develop game strategy, and take their rugby to the next level.
With certified coaches, structured training, and a strong team culture, players will continue to grow in the sport while building lifelong friendships and gaining valuable experience on the field. Whether you're returning to rugby or joining for the first time, there’s a place for you in our Junior Girls program!
Regular Season Games
The competitive season for U16 and U18 Junior Girls kicks off in June and runs through August. The schedule for the season is set to be released in mid march,
🏠 Home games take place at Twin Elm Rugby Park (4075 Twin Elm Rd, Richmond, ON K0A 2Z0), where players compete in a fast-paced, exciting league environment against teams from across Eastern Ontario.
With a mix of home and away matches, the season provides valuable experience, competition, and development for players at every level.
Practices
Junior Girls practices take place at Colonel By High School (2381 Ogilvie Rd, Gloucester, ON K1J 7N4) during the outdoor season.

📅 Outdoor Season Start: May 15th (pending City of Ottawa approval)

7s Rugby
Rugby 7s is a fast-paced, high-energy version of the game, and we’re excited to offer it as part of our fall programming!
🏉 Our 7s season kicks off in late August and runs through the fall, giving players the opportunity to stay on the field, develop their skills, and compete in tournaments across Eastern Ontario.
Practices & Competition

🕠 Practice Times: 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM (Daylight Savings may alter the time)
📍 Location: Colonel By High School (2381 Ogilvie Rd, Gloucester, ON K1J 7N4)
🗓️ Tournaments: Held on weekends throughout Eastern Ontario

✔️ Already registered for 15s? Your fall 7s season is included at no extra cost!
✔️ New to the club? Join us for the fall season at a pro-rated amount—it’s a great way to jump into rugby and get involved with our team!
Eligibility
For the 2024 season, our Junior Girls teams will be divided into the following age groups:
🔹 U16 – Athletes born in 2009 and 2010
🔹 U18 – Athletes born in 2007 and 2008
We welcome players of all skill levels—whether you’re brand new to rugby or have been playing since you were young, there’s a place for you on our team! Our certified coaches will help you develop your skills, build confidence, and compete
