SENIOR MEN
Our Senior Men’s program competes in the Eastern Ontario Rugby Union (EORU), featuring two competitive teams and a developmental squad. This structure ensures opportunities for players of all skill levels, from those brand new to rugby to experienced athletes looking to compete at a high level.
With a strong team culture, certified coaching, and structured training, our program provides a challenging, supportive, and competitive environment where players can develop their skills, build lifelong friendships, and compete in a top-level league. Whether you’re aiming for high-level competition or looking to learn and grow in the sport, there’s a place for you in Senior Men’s Rugby!
Regular Season Games
The competitive season for our Senior Men’s teams kicks off in May and runs through August, with games scheduled on Saturdays.
🏠 Home games take place at Twin Elm Rugby Park (4075 Twin Elm Rd, Richmond, ON K0A 2Z0), where our teams compete against top clubs in the Eastern Ontario Rugby Union (EORU).
📅 Developmental Squad Games: Played on weeknights, providing newer and developing players with additional opportunities to gain experience and grow in the game.
Practices
Our Senior Men’s teams train primarily in the east end of Ottawa at Colonel By High School, with occasional sessions at Twin Elm Rugby Park to accommodate players from across the city.

📅 Outdoor Season Start: May 15th (pending city field availability)
